I. Credits Usage & Redemption

Once you purchase a package, you receive a predefined number of creative credits, which can be redeemed for any design service offered by Sktched Marketing, based on the credit values assigned to each service.

II. Roll Over & Validity Period

Credits are valid for a period of 30 days, 90 days & 180 days, depending on the package, starting from the date of purchase. Any unused credits in a given month can be rolled over until the validity period of the package ends. However, upon expiration of the package, any remaining unused credits will automatically expire.

III. Non-Transferable

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.

IV. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds: Credits are non-refundable once purchased. However, if a client is dissatisfied with a particular service, Sktched Marketing will work with the client to find a satisfactory resolution. Please refer our refund policy for more information. 
• Cancellation: If an ongoing project or service is cancelled or put on hold, the credits used for that project will be adjusted based on the rounds of revision completed. The adjustments are as follows:

  1. Before any revisions: 0 credits will be redeemed.
  2. After the first round of revisions: 20% of the credits will be redeemed.
  3. After the second round of revisions or more: 50% of the credits will be redeemed.

V. Exclusions

Creative Credits do not include stock image purchasing, typeface licensing, printing or manufacturing, and third-party supplier costs.

VI. Additional Services

• Sktched Marketing may offer additional design services that are not explicitly listed in the above table. These services may include but are not limited to custom illustrations, copywriting, website development, and motion graphics.
• Clients interested in availing of additional services beyond those listed above may do so by contacting Sktched Marketing directly.
• The credit value for these additional services will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of the project.
• Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to availability and may require the purchase of additional credits or the payment of an additional fee.
• Sktched Marketing reserves the right to amend or update the list of available additional services at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any changes via email.

VII. Promotions and Discounts:

Sktched Marketing may offer promotions or discounts on credit packages from time to time. Clients will be notified of these offers via email and through our website.
